Main Toolbar->Settings Menu->Preferences->Precomposed Text
Text can be precomposed and displayed at the click of a mouse when desired. If there is some text that you
type often, your email address or office hours for instance, you can set it up as
Precomposed Text and you won't
have to type the whole string everytimg you want to give that information away. See the discussion on
Text for more information on this feature.
To define some Precomposed Text:
- Click on New Message (or Edit Message to make changes to already-defined text).
Type in a short Description to identify this precomposed text block. This phrase is what
will appear
when you click on the Text menu item while in a conversation.
- Type in the text in the Message area.
- You can assign a HotKey to this precomposed text block, so that when you press the sequence of keys
defined, the text will appear (instead of hitting the Text menu item then selecting the
desired text block.)
Next we will look at selecting Relay Operator Settings.
