If you want to leave a message, type yes and you will be forwarded to the system script which takes a message. The dialogue looks like the graphic below.

Type in your message and hit enter to end the message. You will be asked if you would like to save the conversation. Saving might be helpful if you want or need to keep a record of what information has been shared.

Hit either Save or Don't Save to end this conversation and hang up.
