Full Screen
This option gives you one area where you both type. It is just like in a traditional chat room where you will be stepping on each others' sentences. But it is the view of choice if you are communicating with a TTY, where it is best NOT to type at the same time as the TTY.

Vertical
This is the default view, shown in the example. One vertical column for each participant in the conversation.

Vertical (web view)
With this option, you get one vertical column for each participant in the conversation, as well as a browser window so you can share internet information. This view is only available if your organization has opted to use Web Assistance mode, an extra cost option.

• The window just after changing to web view
• You can navigate the web until you get to the exact page containing the info that the other person is seeking. Web page found.
• Hit the Send Icon and the other person can now see the web page in his window too.
• Then the caller navigates to another web page and hits Send. Now the new web page is displayed in the caller's column on your conversation window.

Horizontal
If you would prefer your conversations horizontal, this icon will give you one horizontal column for each participant in the conversation.
